Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience, including CPA, preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive transfer pricing experience in a large multinational corporation and/or Big Four accounting firm
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Alteryx) and financial modeling
  • Deep knowledge of BEPS Action 13, OECD Guidelines, and US transfer pricing regulations
  • Strong project management skills and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of NVIDIA’s global transfer pricing policies and operating models to align with business objectives
  • Develop and analyze financial models for transfer pricing planning and restructuring projects, including business model changes and intellectual property valuations
  • Help with the preparation and review of global transfer pricing documentation and related requirements
  • Draft and maintain intercompany agreements to ensure alignment with intercompany transaction pricing and NVIDIA's transfer pricing structure
  • Manage and coordinate operational transfer pricing, including intercompany calculations, reconciliations, and controls for quarterly and annual close processes
  • Provide support during transfer pricing audits and controversy processes, including data collection and financial/economic analyses in response to tax authority inquiries
  • Drive process improvement initiatives using technology to improve transfer pricing systems, processes, and automation
  • Collaborate with external advisors and internal cross-functional teams and business partners
