Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in writing and debugging kernel-mode drivers on X86/AMD64 platforms
  • Excellent programming skills, proficiency in C/C++ language, libraries, and toolchains
  • Detailed knowledge of Linux kernel internals and low-level system programming
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent collaborative and networking abilities
  • Experience working on unreleased hardware platforms
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Improving existing software by debugging, analyzing, and providing solutions to complex issues, particularly in areas like display technologies and power management
  • Designing, developing, unit testing, documenting, and maintaining new features for the kernel-mode drivers
  • Collaborating with a multi-site project team to tackle a variety of problems impacting NVIDIA’s end users and partner OEMs
