Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field, with 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Essential qualifications include excellent knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability, and availability. Proficiency in Python for Object-Oriented Programming, experience with Linux and Docker containers, and knowledge of major cloud providers (Azure, GCP, or AWS) are required. Strong experience in designing and building multithreaded distributed systems, developing REST APIs, and utilizing ML/Ops technologies like Azure ML & Databricks are necessary. The role also requires experience designing and developing relational databases with efficient SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL), familiarity with collaborative development tools (Git, Confluence, Jira), and CI/CD tools & pipelines (Github Actions, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). Candidates must demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical and logical thinking, a proactive and resolutive attitude, the ability to work in a team and manage deadlines, and a capacity for quick learning. Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/KANBAN) is also essential. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of LLM models (Azure Open AI, ChatGPT, Vector Databases), experience with Redis Cache, Azure Service Bus, managing large data volumes, and fluid written and oral English communication skills.
