Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field, with 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Essential qualifications include excellent knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability, and availability. Proficiency in Python for object-oriented programming, experience with Linux and Docker containers, and familiarity with major cloud providers (Azure, GCP, or AWS) are required. The role also demands strong experience in designing and building multithreaded distributed systems, developing REST APIs, and utilizing ML/Ops technologies like Azure ML & Databricks. Experience with relational databases, including writing efficient SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL), and proficiency with collaborative development tools (Git, Confluence, Jira) are necessary. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (Github Actions, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team and manage deadlines are also essential. Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/KANBAN) and a quick learning ability are required. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of LLM models (Azure Open AI, ChatGPT, Vector Databases, AI Foundry), experience with Redis Cache, Azure Service Bus, and strong written and oral communication skills in English.
