Candidates must possess a PhD or MSc degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, or a related science or engineering field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and developing software for high-performance computing and/or AI applications is required, along with advanced C++ skills including modern design paradigms. Proficiency in parallel programming with CUDA or OpenCL is essential, as are strong collaboration, communication, and documentation habits. Experience with graph compilers, Just-In-Time compilation workflows, Python, and scientific/deep learning libraries is advantageous.
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing modern, flexible, and easy-to-use APIs for math libraries and leading design reviews. They will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to understand use cases and requirements. The role also involves becoming a domain expert by continuously surveying current trends in software systems.
