Requirements

Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience with Java or a similar OO language, a passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization, and experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations. Experience with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue, and analytical and design skills are also required. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes is necessary, and experience with AI productivity tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices in software engineering architecture and processes, including code reviews and unit testing. They will work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own code from design through delivery, including test automation. The engineer will implement software that is simple to use and allows customers to extend and customize functionality, contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features, enhance the existing product suite, and mentor colleagues to promote knowledge-sharing.
