About the Opportunity

Salsify pioneered the Product Experience Management (PXM) platform, enabling brand manufacturers to increase sales and market share online. We serve hundreds of leading global brands, including Coca-Cola, Dawn Foods, L’Oreal, Intermarché, L’Eclerc, and Coty. From our origins in a Boston basement in late 2012, we have grown significantly and now have satisfied customers across the entire supply chain, from brands to distributors, retailers, and marketplaces.

We are seeking talented and passionate developers to join our SXM Engineering team. We have a highly experienced and solid team that we aim to scale further and make even more successful.

As a Software Engineer at Salsify, you will be empowered to innovate and continuously improve our products, delivering a platform and experience that our customers love. You will tackle complex business and scalability challenges, contribute to defining the product's direction, and work across the entire Salsify technology ecosystem. This includes building and maintaining Frontend applications using React and Typescript, with direct interaction with Retailers and Manufacturers such as Dawn Foods, Intermarché, L’Eclerc, Auchan, Metro, and many more. Our engineers are instrumental in scaling a demanding application while simplifying complex business processes for our users and learning from top engineering talent.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Build and ship production-grade software utilizing technologies such as:
  • React, Typescript
  • MySQL, Redis, Elastic Search
  • Azure Cloud, AWS
  • Rabbit MQ
  • Kubernetes
• Set technical direction and help define the technical approach for team initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering management to shape the product roadmap.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to successfully launch new features and functionalities.
• Develop as a leader within the team and the broader engineering organization.
• Mentor new team members as the team expands.
• Participate in tech talks and guilds to share ideas and strategies that enhance our software development capabilities.

You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have
