Requirements

Responsibilities
- Own semantic understanding: lead the strategy and roadmap to improve and evolve semantic search precision and recall
- Structure data for embeddings and fine-tune embedding models
- Experiment with and implement novel retrieval and ranking strategies to increment towards perfect search results
- Architect RAG systems integrated with personalization
- Design and build systems that persist and leverage high-value user data (implicit interactions and explicit content)
- Produce real-time, individualized search results and research answers aligned with users' investment thesis
