Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in designing, implementing, and scaling high-performance services
Experience in architecting and contributing to systems that solve complex business challenges, with a focus on scalability, distributed systems, and handling vast data volumes
Capability of participating in system design discussions, explaining trade-offs to engineers and stakeholders
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences
Strong emphasis on user experience, demonstrated through API design, service functionality, and performance optimization
Solid grasp of design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and a broad understanding of various technology stacks and frameworks
