Requirements

  • At least 5 years of progressive related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience (AdTech experience a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with web software development frameworks and technologies (knowledge of Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js, TypeScript a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with back-end and cloud technologies (knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis; messaging/streaming systems such as Kafka; cloud platforms such as GCP; and Kubernetes a plus)
  • Experience with maintaining production systems, including observability and incident response
  • Positive and pragmatic approach to software engineering with a bias toward action, ownership, and systemic improvement
  • Excellent team-working and collaboration skills, with proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA, stakeholders) and contributing to engineering culture, code reviews, and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs, influence decision-making, and reach effective compromises
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Full working rights in Warsaw, Poland, and willing to work in a hybrid model at the Warsaw office

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain core platforms that power the AdTech business
  • Collaborate closely with Software Developers, QA Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that operate at global scale
  • Develop and maintain systems across the full stack, leveraging technologies such as Nest.js, React, TypeScript, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, GCP, Google Gemini, and Cursor
  • Work in a hybrid environment, building strong relationships with team members at the Warsaw office while collaborating remotely with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide
  • Engage in continuous learning by participating in industry events, training sessions, and company initiatives to deepen expertise in software engineering, AdTech, and broader technology landscape
  • Contribute to ongoing development of digital platforms, owning areas end-to-end from design and development to deployment and production
