Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will drive projects end-to-end, from scoping and design to implementation and rollout. They will design and build user-facing products from the ground up, demonstrating and communicating the value of Gradient technology through demos and proofs of concept. Collaboration with leadership, applied scientists, and other engineers is crucial to ensure alignment on decisions. Staying informed about the AI landscape and technologies will be part of the role, as well as helping to elevate the engineering team and shape its culture and technical best practices.
