Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in software development, particularly with Golang. They should demonstrate strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage conflicting requirements from various stakeholders. Understanding of financial domain knowledge or blockchain technology is advantageous, and proficiency in Golang, Postgres, Redis, and Kafka is preferred.
The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various ventures projects, including developing backend services, proposing architectural decisions, participating in designs and code reviews, and implementing products bridging Crypto.com to developers and end-users. They will also develop retail trading products, identify and implement solutions for complex problems within large-scale backend infrastructure, provide reliable trading information streams, offer technical operational support to resolve customer issues, collaborate with DevOps and Infra teams, manage documentation, and embrace innovation by staying open to new technologies and encouraging experimentation.
