Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior customer experience by identifying essential needs and providing solutions at the center/account and national levels
  • Shape the environment to facilitate access to and use of Lilly's hematology product, while collaborating with other Hematology team members
  • Serve as a point of contact for Lilly's cross-functional teams, including the LillyPlus Patient Support Program (PSP), medical affairs, patient access, and marketing
  • Help clinicians and multidisciplinary teams promote access and appropriate use of Lilly's hematology product using a value-based interaction framework
  • Provide relevant and up-to-date product information and services
  • Build a strong reputation for Lilly in hematology
  • Support the cross-functional team in planning and engaging opinion leaders for commercial initiatives
  • Establish trust-based relationships with opinion leaders and key stakeholders through digital and in-person means
  • Conduct assessments of key centers and the market to develop business plans supporting the hematology strategy
  • Gather information and leverage sales performance data
