Requirements

Candidates must be US Citizens able to work domestically and obtain a low-level security clearance, holding a Bachelor's degree. They should possess over 3 years of QA testing experience with manual and automated methods, a strong understanding of BDD/TDD, and hands-on experience with automated regression testing. Proficiency in Python for writing/maintaining test scripts, strong API testing experience using tools like Postman or REST-assured, and experience with structured data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) are essential. Familiarity with Dialogflow and the ability to select, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines are also required, along with excellent attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

The Senior QA Test Automation Engineer will create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases across all development phases, including performing manual and exploratory testing. They will design and implement a test automation framework, integrating it into the CI/CD pipeline, and validate REST APIs and data integrations using structured data inputs. Responsibilities also include testing and validating Dialogflow-based voicebot flows, identifying and tracking bugs in collaboration with developers, working with large datasets to ensure data-driven workflows meet quality standards, and contributing to a scalable QA strategy aligned with agile methodologies.
