Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional Python experience, with hands-on expertise in machine learning libraries such as Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM. Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis using Pandas and NumPy, along with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Power BI, Seaborn, or Plotly, are essential. Experience with web scraping frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or Beautiful Soup is required, as is the ability to work independently and lead complex technical projects. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kaggle competition experience are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Senior Python Developer will lead the development of machine learning models from conception to deployment, and design and implement advanced web scraping and large-scale data gathering solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements, architecting scalable and efficient Python-based solutions, and mentoring junior developers through code reviews and best practice enforcement. Additionally, the developer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within ML and data pipelines.
