Requirements
- Support the Client Executive in project pursuits, including RFP responses and interviews
- Generate Client & A/E relationships
- Assist in the review and negotiation of owner contracts with corporate reviewers
- Play a key role in the preconstruction effort through to GMP
- Overall financial responsibility and operational success of multiple or singular large-scale projects
- Guide, expedite, and administer work to organize and maintain budget, safety, and diversity standards while meeting project schedule and quality requirements
- Work as an integrated team with Senior Superintendent/Superintendent, leading on financials, technical resolution, and diversity (with common emphasis on safety)
- Maintain Client and A/E relationships throughout the project cycle and beyond
- Assist in resolution of major project issues beyond the capacity of Project Manager/Superintendent
- Develop, maintain, and be accountable for the Operations Report
- Participate in employee annual performance reviews
- Teach, guide, and enhance the skillset of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Field Engineers
- Commit to self-improvement through technical and leadership training
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple smaller projects or larger single projects to achieve project goals
- Responsible for the overall performance of project teams from preconstruction through project completion
- Report to Client Executive
- Work collectively with Preconstruction Managers, Director of Estimating, and Director of Purchasing throughout the preconstruction phase
- Work collectively with Sr. Vice President of Operations, Sr. Vice President of Construction, Vice President of Preconstruction, and project team to achieve company goals
