Knowledge of agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Test Driven Development, is essential, as is proficiency in C#, .NET framework, SQL, and version control systems like Git. Good verbal and written communication skills in English are also necessary.
The Senior .NET Software Engineer will define software structure to comply with architectural vision and design rules, and implement new requirements using test-driven development. They will participate in architectural discussions, contribute to system design evolution on Azure, and utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. Responsibilities include working within a scrum framework, analyzing defect root causes for comprehensive fixes, acting as a quality champion, mentoring junior engineers, and effectively handling escalations and high-priority issues.
