Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in MLOps, with a strong focus on deploying and managing large language models (LLMs). Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential, along with proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior MLOps Engineer at Cohere Health, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the overall MLOps strategy to support the deployment and scaling of ML models, leading the architectural design of ML infrastructure, and collaborating with leadership to align ML initiatives with business objectives. You will oversee the deployment, scaling, and optimization of LLMs, develop strategies to reduce latency and manage costs effectively, and stay updated on the latest advancements in LLMs. Furthermore, you will lead the development and improvement of core technology components, architect and build automated ML pipelines, implement robust CI/CD pipelines, establish monitoring systems, and proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain high availability and reliability of ML services.
