Requirements

  • 3+ years managing B2B closing SaaS teams (Mid-Market or Commercial) with a track record of exceeding team quota and tightening forecast accuracy
  • Experience in both high-velocity and strategic deal cycles; comfort with legal & procurement
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, pipeline inspection, stage exit criteria, and data-driven coaching
  • Exceptional written & verbal communicator; concise, evidence-first
  • Highly organized operator who thrives in a fast-moving environment
  • Consultative, curious, and comfortable giving/receiving candid feedback
  • Invested in building an inclusive, high-trust, high-performance culture
  • Nice to have
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, MAPs, and ROI/business case development
  • Built enablement artifacts (call rubrics, playbooks) or helped scale a new segment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market AEs; run weekly 1:1s, call coaching, and pipeline/forecast reviews
  • Own the full customer lifecycle: land new logos and expand within named accounts; partner with CS + Renewals teams for outcomes
  • Drive deal hygiene & methodology: discovery depth, multithreading, Mutual Action Plans (MAPs), and executive alignment
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and CS to build segment-specific campaigns, feedback loops, and expansion plays
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard AEs; raise the hiring bar with structured rubrics and scorecards
