  • Reporting to the Vice-President, Taxation and Treasury
  • Experience supervising global daily treasury functions, including investment, cash concentration, disbursements, account setup, and funding
  • Ability to manage cash surpluses and maximize ROI per approved investment policy, with recommendations for changes based on market conditions
  • Capability to lead projects and procedures for operational improvements in payments, bank account opening/maintenance, and other activities
  • Collaboration skills with team members and FP&A for accurate cash balance forecasting
  • Knowledge to identify and implement treasury best practices
  • Experience managing intercompany financing, including timely settlement of intercompany balances
  • Ability to manage short- and long-term financing needs of subsidiaries while monitoring economic and regulatory conditions for foreign exchange exposure
  • Leadership to direct and manage a team of 3 treasury analysts
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with banking covenants, including forecasting cash needs and impacts
  • Execution of FX hedging program, recommending appropriate hedge levels, and identifying FX risk areas for senior management
  • Monitoring exchange rates against projected P&L and balance sheet gains/losses
  • Maintaining daily bank relationships, including banking system reporting, account balances, fees, letters of credit, and corporate guarantees
  • Managing global employee access to banking systems
  • Ensuring accurate and complete account maintenance, including authorized signers/approvers, account opening/closing, and service additions
  • Reviewing financial ratios for credit facility compliance and preparing compliance packages for lenders
  • Compiling and analyzing cash information for monthly, quarterly, and year-end management reporting requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and procedures to improve payment operations, bank account opening/maintenance, and other operational activities
  • Collaborate with team and FP&A to accurately forecast cash balances
  • Identify and implement treasury best practices
  • Manage intercompany financing, including timely settlement of balances
  • Manage subsidiaries' short- and long-term financing needs while monitoring economic/regulatory conditions for FX exposure
