Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain identity and authentication systems (Okta, Google Workspace, etc.)
Manage and improve auth policies, access controls, and build/rebuild access management policies
Automate and orchestrate user lifecycles across systems and services from beginning to end
Own full lifecycle of features and products in identity space, leading projects from start to finish
Handle escalations from IT teams
Work closely with INFOSEC, People Ops, Engineering, and IT teams to build scalable systems
Integrate tools with new/existing platforms (cloud, GCP) and SaaS portfolio (SFDC, Slack, Google, etc.)
Build and maintain custom tools or services to solve problems
Respond to incidents as part of on-call roster or in emergencies
Resolve technical challenges for business and IT operations teams, implementing solutions for efficiency
Optimize Okta platform and define global employee access to services
