Requirements

Working Requirements

• Working Location: Anywhere in Vietnam, remote.
• Citizenship/Visa: Must be a Vietnamese citizen or hold a valid work visa for Vietnam.
• Working Hours: An average of 8 hours per day with flexibility. Requires daily communication and prompt response with the team.
• Job Nature: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Language: Fluent English for communication with international teams.
• Equipment: A Macbook will be provided for work.

Technical Requirements

• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in common Git commands and workflows, especially GitHub pull requests.
• Solid understanding of data structures, programming skills, engineering capabilities, and clean coding practices.
• Mastery of Computer Science fundamentals and iOS design patterns and best practices.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of professional iOS development experience using Swift.
  • Shipped applications to the App Store.
  • 1+ year of experience with modern Swift development practices (SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, Reactive Programming like Combine, RxSwift, ReactiveSwift).
  • Experience with unit testing and automation testing.

Benefits

• Time Zone Overlap: Available to work during the US Eastern Time Zone (9 pm - 5 am Vietnam Time) or a minimum 5-hour overlap between 9 pm and 2 am Vietnam Time for effective collaboration.

Salary and Benefits

• Employment Contract: Administered through a Singapore-based human resources firm.
• Compensation: Hourly wage framework, presumed full-time (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week).
• Hourly Rate: Approximately USD $13 - $25 per hour, dependent on skill level.

Recruitment Process

1. Initial Screening: If you meet basic requirements after being recommended from the talent pool, you will receive interview questions.
2. Technical Task: You will have 7 days to complete a task and submit it via a GitHub pull request. We encourage demonstrating best coding practices, including task decomposition, code quality, testing, documentation, Git commits, and effective communication.
