Requirements

  • 3+ years of game development experience as a game designer
  • Experience with GaaS system design
  • Advanced or Fluent English-speaking skills
  • Solid understanding of PC or Console game development and game market
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, time management, and organization skills
  • Passion to craft meaningful, engaging interactive experiences
  • Experience with Shooter games is a plus
  • Experience with SOC games is a plus
  • Console and PC game development experience is a good plus

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with 2nd party development studios and their ongoing projects
  • Review project status and game design at the studio's accepted checkpoint, provide review feedback, design suggestions, and any other support studio needs
  • If studio/Project needed, be dedicated to prioritized project on a specific area, such as Combat; Gunplay; progression systems, or monetization features
  • Investigate and provide competitor analysis and tear-down according to studio needs
  • Participate in the daily develop work in studio, provide game design suggestions, and take on execution tasks if necessary
  • Travel to EU or other places for studio visit or onsite work if necessary
