Requirements

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience with Rails or 7 years with a similar web framework like Spring or Django, and a thorough understanding of writing web applications with Rails. Experience designing performant data models with MySQL, including knowledge of indices and denormalization, is required. Responsibilities

The Senior Fullstack Software Developer will lead the development of features to solve customer problems, contributing high-quality, thoroughly tested code and participating in code reviews. They will identify and address technical debt, improve technical architecture, and evangelize best practices in Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and database design. Responsibilities include building private and public GraphQL APIs, leading technical explorations and creating prototypes, executing projects in a timely manner, and mentoring junior developers. The role also involves participating in an oncall schedule to troubleshoot across the core technical stack.
