Requirements

Senior Full Stack Engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in backend-focused roles. Proficiency with Ruby on Rails, React, and PostgreSQL or similar tools, plus experience writing tests. Ability to write code that handles large data sets, monitor application performance, and fix performance problems. Experience mentoring or guiding teammates is a plus.

Responsibilities

Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including solution shaping, system design, ticket breakdown, writing full-stack code, code reviews, deployments, monitoring, and data gathering for reporting. Own the quality of your work by writing tests and ensuring everything works before merging and releasing. Work cross-functionally to scope work for quick delivery and the right functionality. Collaborate with other cross-functional product-focused teams.
