Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or related field
  • 6–10 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, business analysis, or similar roles
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities; familiarity with planning tools
  • Experience presenting insights using visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or similar
  • Background working cross-functionally with accounting, IT, and operational groups
  • Strong customer-service orientation and ability to understand stakeholder needs
  • Sound decision-making skills using a mix of analysis, judgment, and experience

Responsibilities

  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations covering operating expenses, capital spending, and workforce planning
  • Evaluate both quantitative and qualitative information to build comprehensive analyses for major initiatives
  • Convert analytical findings into clear, cohesive narratives—using visuals, written summaries, and presentations—to connect financial outcomes with broader strategic objectives
  • Support leadership in preparing the annual budget and annual report
  • Build dynamic financial models and scenario analyses that serve as inputs for strategy discussions and long-term planning
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to refine assumptions and ensure accuracy of model inputs
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to strengthen data architecture, validation methods, and overall data governance
  • Recommend enhancements to streamline data collection and improve accuracy, consistency, and reporting efficiency
