Requirements

6+ years of experience in electronic design for industrial, aerospace, or consumer products
Proficiency in schematic design, PCB layout, and DFM/DFT principles
Experience with EMC/EMI mitigation and validation testing
Familiarity with microcontrollers (STM32 or similar) and communication buses (RS-485, I2C, SPI)
Experience managing EMS/SMT suppliers and prototype production
Exposure to SSP 57000 requirements or similar aerospace standards is a plus
Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
Fluent in English, French is a plus

Responsibilities

Design and layout electronic schematics and PCBs (KiCad or Altium)
Select components, define stackups, and ensure manufacturability and serviceability
Lead mechanical and electrical integration with product and systems teams
Collaborate with suppliers for PCB fabrication, assembly, and production follow-up
Plan and implement EMC mitigation and reliability strategies (ESD, surge, derating)
Conduct board bring-up, debugging, and validation testing using standard lab tools
Create test plans, validation documentation, and track issue resolution
Support development of embedded test firmware in collaboration with software teams
