Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive a cohesive financial and operational strategy for the Adult Beverage business that delivers sales, margin, and guest satisfaction
  • Serve as the key liaison between Merchandising, Inventory, and Supply Chain teams to align strategies and resolve business trade-offs
  • Oversee execution of replenishment and flow recommendations, ensuring optimal inventory positioning and event readiness
  • Lead the strategic development and implementation of Target’s Direct Store Delivery business model that supports sales and delivers reliability
  • Collaborate with Business Partnerships & Negotiations to inform vendor strategies and ensure supply continuity and flexibility
  • Champion transformation efforts in planning and inventory management processes, metrics, and systems to support modernization and scalability
  • Build and lead a high-performing team culture grounded in accountability and innovation
  • Coach Planning and Inventory leaders, driving analytical rigor and business ownership at all levels
  • Promote diversity of thought, encourage curiosity, and inspire continuous improvement across the organization
