Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior Design Director, designers, tech developers, product managers, and merchants to produce training apparel products aligned with Nike's Design Direction
  • Communicate rationale behind work to stakeholders and Training design team across the organization
  • Create apparel collections that align with the company's design ethos for Training Speed Apparel in Men's and Women's categories
  • Assist in executing company strategy and the design process
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment focused on speed to market
  • Support implementation of design direction and seasonal narratives for the Speed function
  • Contribute to team and business development within assigned areas
  • Facilitate digital end-to-end production integration
  • Work with management to establish short- and long-term strategic vision in line with speed team objectives
  • Provide presentations to senior leadership internally and externally
  • Assess gaps in current product line and suggest solutions aligned with emerging consumer trends
  • Attend industry events and conduct ongoing market research
  • Promote a collaborative environment that fosters creativity and efficiency
  • Push the status quo for Nike consumer by expanding and articulating creative vision within strategic objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional partners to ensure aesthetic feasibility, meeting price points, merchandising needs, and product creation requirements
  • Partner with design leaders to create product design processes that ensure results and drive efficiency
