Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years' experience of graphic design, preferably in product creation or in an agency
  • Well-curated portfolio showcasing a variety of projects that demonstrate a strong, effective methodology for research, inspiration, design development, problem solving, process, and final execution (must submit creative design portfolio with website links or PDF files)
  • Experience working directly with a diverse range of consumers/athletes
  • Contribution to the initiation, development and implementation of in-depth research leading to distinct product story-telling
  • Positive attitude while working on projects with challenging briefs and through ambiguity to successful completion
  • Ability to prioritize workload across short-term and long-range projects with varying levels of complexity
  • Demonstrates self-awareness, with ability to articulate their strengths, opportunities, and takeaways
  • Well informed and stays connected to sport, cultural and graphic design trends
  • Advancing knowledge of product design, including ideation, development, specification, and final execution of designs that balance innovation, performance, and design
  • High degree of proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (must), Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and CLO 3D
  • Creatively agile and adept in innovation

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the conceptualization, design, and development of accessory and equipment graphics and branding elements
  • Conceptualize narratives across multiple collections through Graphic Visual Centers and Presentations
  • Work with Product and Design partners aligning on narrative, development, insights, and various presentation gates
  • Work closely with Product, Design and Development teammates, including brainstorm sessions on creative strategies and meetings to review graphics, product and color designs to achieve goals
  • Work closely with the Graphic Design Director, Design Leadership, Product Leadership and product teams to create narrative-driven graphic design across Accessories and Global Football line
  • Integrate narrative elements that resonate with consumers and athletes through world-building and storytelling in graphic design
