All positions are fully remote, with no relocation required. The role involves joining a team of engineers across Frontend, Backend, SRE, and QA, organized into cross-functional development teams assigned to specific verticals. This position is open for several teams, with the exact team assignment determined during the interview process based on business needs and candidate preferences. Regardless of the team, the work will focus on building tools, APIs, and integrations for one of Remote's products. The backend is built with Elixir and Phoenix, utilizing a Postgres database. The front-end uses React and Nextjs. GitLab is used for version control, issue tracking, and CI/CD. Applications are hosted on AWS, with multiple daily deployments relying on CI.
