Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in audio/video systems development and validation
  • Strong understanding of the RDK-V platform and CPE device ecosystem
  • Experience in device automation frameworks and techniques (ADB, CEC, IR, scripting tools)
  • Experience in AI/ML model development and integration (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of media codecs, streaming protocols, and pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance audio/video validation capabilities on the RDK-V platform
  • Integrate and apply AI/ML models to assess and improve video and audio quality
  • Develop and implement device automation techniques (ADB, CEC, IR blasters, scripting, voice automation)
  • Build scalable, containerized validation solutions using Docker/Kubernetes
  • Collaborate with AI, QA, and platform teams to align solutions with business goals
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues across the audio/video pipeline
  • Continuously innovate to improve validation efficiency and accuracy
