Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with ~5-6 Affiliate marketing partners
  • Act as the central point of contact for those Affiliate partners with Capital One
  • Facilitate regular meetings with partners, setting the agenda and documenting commitments and follow-ups in meeting notes
  • Act as the liaison between affiliate partners and internal business teams
  • Respond to ad hoc questions/requests from Affiliate partners or business teams requiring interfacing with the Affiliate partner
  • Troubleshoot issues with Affiliate partners, identify breakdowns, and involve stakeholders for remediation
  • Work with Enterprise Supplier Management partners to update affiliate contracts as needed, and with business partners for payout changes
  • Periodically provide feedback on Affiliate partners to improve relationships and contribute to Enterprise Supplier Management scorecards
  • Maintain publisher contact list with POCs at each managed Affiliate partner
  • Oversee how products are marketed with the ~5-6 affiliate partners
  • Act as a creative consultant to affiliate partners designing advertising
  • Ensure all new paid experiences are reviewed and documented through creative legal review process
  • Track new experience reviews over time for themes and process streamlining opportunities
  • Onboard new products with existing Affiliate partners
  • Work with third-party supplier to execute ongoing compliance monitoring and reporting for ~5-6 affiliate partners
  • Review findings from third-party supplier’s compliance audit, confirm violations, and assess severity
  • For high violations, work with teammate to supply information for remediation
  • For repeated violations, manage probation process to return Affiliate partner to good standing
  • Work with risk partners to file anomalies when needed
  • Help optimize Affiliate marketing performance with ~5-6 owned partners
  • Understand partner performance to identify issues and optimization opportunities
  • Scope future tests with Affiliate business team (payout changes, product changes, creative/landing page testing)
  • Review partner performance every 6 months and recommend offboarding non-valuable partners
  • Contribute to monthly business review deck
  • Maintain an optimization mindset to improve processes
