Requirements
- Experience in developing and optimizing large scale Angular applications including performance optimization at scale
- Implementing front end architectures based on Angular best practices
- Reducing page load times, download bundle sizes, and improving Lighthouse scores
- Security hardening and patching of NPM packages
- Writing automated tests
- Designing visually stunning designs for new and existing features
- Designing with the end user in mind to create positive and streamlined user experiences
- Working with APIs including REST and GraphQL
- Performing Angular version upgrades and maintaining NPM packages over time
- Developing intricate front-end designs using modern HTML/CSS techniques in coordination with graphic designers in Figma
- Experience working on a large software project with the ability to document, communicate, and collaborate with others
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices including integration into CI/CD pipelines and containerization
- Experience with Agile Project Management, Scrum processes, and operating in a geographically distributed project environment
- Knowledge of secure software development processes to eliminate vulnerabilities in applications
- Deep experience with Git, NPM, and other command line tools
- US Citizen subject to background check and unannounced drug testing
Responsibilities
- Work alongside other designers to optimize the UX of the application and collaboratively arrive at innovative approaches to simplify the complexity in compliance
- Implement designs and interactivity within our core Angular SPA
- Support efforts to improve performance and memory utilization of Angular code
- Work with QA to provide end to end testing of the application
- Work with security to harden the application and support upgrades of both Angular and other NPM packages
- Troubleshoot Angular issues and follow best practices
- Integrate with the C# middle tier of RegScale using REST APIs and GraphQL
- Collaborate with the DevOps engineers to optimize builds and deployments
- Work in a fast-paced startup environment that includes context switching and periods of heavy workload
