Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, payments, or related financial functions
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to research and implement solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners
- Detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement and intellectual curiosity around finance concepts
- Preferred: Experience with payment processing/fintech, ERPs, and banking systems
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day cash operations, ensuring proper liquidity across all business units
- Support casino and resort payment processes, including credit card acceptance and customer cash access
- Monitor and resolve interchange downgrades while driving initiatives to minimize fees
- Maintain and enhance vendor relationships with payment processors, gateways, and banking partners
- Optimize cash access systems (hardware, software, and fee structures) to improve efficiency and guest experience
- Develop and maintain financial and operational performance analytics for Treasury activities
- Champion process improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, security, and scalability across Treasury functions
