Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience applying Machine Learning in production, covering the full lifecycle: prototyping, training, serving, and monitoring
  • Strong foundation in advanced ML and data science concepts, with a proven ability to apply them in large-scale systems
  • Proficient with GCP data products (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub)
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including CI/CD for ML workflows
  • Experience designing robust, scalable, and maintainable ML systems in collaboration with MLOps
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with accountability for delivery and quality
  • Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders - from game designers and product managers to data analysts - balancing technical depth with clear, outcome-focused communication
  • Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments, bringing clarity and direction amid ambiguity
  • A supportive mentor and coach who helps others grow while fostering a culture of collaboration and learning
