Requirements

Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Tax, preferably within a fast-growing technology company. Strong experience with month-end close processes, operational and accounting procedures, and account reconciliation is required. The role also requires experience in supporting external and tax audits, good knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, and an understanding of local statutory to US GAAP comparison differences. Familiarity with P2P, O2C, and R2R processes, experience with compliance and regulatory filings, and the ability to prioritize and work proactively are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the month-end close processes, operational and accounting procedures, and account reconciliations. They will manage the local international accounting process with a BPO company, oversee fixed asset, prepayment, and accrual OPEX controls, and reconcile statutory to US GAAP comparison differences. This role involves preparing monthly flux analysis of the balance sheet and P&L, recommending and implementing improvements in internal processes, partnering across departments and geographies on global projects, and managing compliance and coordinating regulatory filings.
