  • 5+ years of accounting experience in the construction industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Sage 300 (Timberline)
  • Strong understanding of construction job costing and project accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related accounting software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and financial statements
  • Manage construction draws and oversee job cost allocations using Sage 300
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure budget accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards
