They should also have a passion for delivering an excellent client experience and a strong communication and presentation skillset, along with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving, and fast-paced startup environment.
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing clients in Garner’s mid-market (100-500 lives) book of business, ensuring an excellent client experience through the execution of key workflows and monitoring client health, tracking client success KPIs, escalating concerns, and mitigating risks by developing and implementing action plans. This role also involves managing strong day-to-day relationships with brokers and clients, communicating regularly with key stakeholders, collaborating with product, sales, and member services teams to meet client engagement goals, and developing client reports and workshops as needed, while also traveling up to 15% of the time.
