Requirements

  • 2–8 years of experience in AI/ML, backend data engineering, with some experience leading projects or small teams preferred
  • Strong expertise in Python, with extensive experience in data manipulation, ML frameworks, and productionizing code
  • Practical experience building and fine-tuning LLMs for various NLP applications
  • Solid grasp of NLP concepts: tokenization, embedding, text classification, NER, sentiment analysis, etc
  • Familiarity with agentic development (e.g., agent frameworks, multi-agent collaboration, task orchestration)
  • Experience with common data science and ML tools/libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers
  • Proficient in building RESTful APIs and integrating AI services
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps workflows is a plus
  • Good to have: Exposure to knowledge graphs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or hybrid AI architectures
  • Good to have: Experience with prompt engineering and custom LLM deployments
  • Good to have: Background in domain-specific NLP (Supply Chain, Healthcare, Finance, Legal, etc.)
  • Good to have: Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
