Requirements

Must have 3 months of working history with one employer listed on the application
Prefer 3 months of operator experience
Legible handwriting
Computer experience preferred
Willing to work on feet for up to 12 hours
Willing to complete all required training
Able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc
Possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork
Able to perform physical requirements: walking, bending, standing, lifting up to 70 pounds frequently
Able to work in warm/cold temperatures, wet, humid, dusty conditions; exposed to moving mechanical parts, high places, outside weather, electrical shock risk, vibration, toxic chemicals, extreme heat, loud noise (with or without reasonable accommodation)

Responsibilities

Maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture
Receive training as required
Perform various positions as required/assigned
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all equipment and company assets
Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
Monitor product throughout the processing phase
Maintain communication with receiving/preparation, floor operators, grinding room, and loadout to coordinate equipment adjustments as needed
