Requirements
Candidates should possess 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably with strong backend development expertise in languages such as Go, Rust, Java, or Erlang. They must have hands-on experience with basic cryptographic primitives, including digital signatures, key exchange, and encryption, and a foundational understanding of distributed systems and consensus algorithms like Raft or PBFT. Furthermore, experience with or interest in Go or Rust, and familiarity with existing blockchain system internals is welcomed but not required.
Responsibilities

The role also entails identifying issues, implementing solutions, managing documentation, collaborating with operations and infrastructure to build high-scale backend services, and working closely with DevOps and ecosystem engineers to improve the tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives.
