Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Computer Science, Math, or Statistics, along with 3+ years of experience. They must be proficient in data engineering, modeling, and ETL processes, with preferred experience in data sourcing and working with APIs, and demonstrate strong skills in data querying using SQL, GraphQL, and Python. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of project smart contracts and the Web3 infrastructure landscape, including addressing and metadata standards for multiple public chains.
The Research Data Analyst will work across all aspects of data, from engineering to building sophisticated visualizations, machine learning models, and experiments. They will produce institutional-grade data insights reports on macro and sector trends, including DeFi, NFT, Gaming, Metaverse, L1/L2, and Middleware, for both internal and external clients. The role involves analyzing and interpreting large volumes of on-chain transactional and operational data using proprietary and open-source tools, managing and designing the reporting environment, troubleshooting the reporting database, and processing confidential data according to guidelines.
