Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Massachusetts)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking independently licensed clinicians to provide telehealth services to clients in Massachusetts. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a growing movement transforming mental health care, founded and led by clinicians who prioritize supporting their team.

What We're Looking For

We are hiring independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are passionate about making a difference and growing with our organization. We are particularly interested in candidates who:

• Are willing to see 25+ sessions per week.
• Are behavioral health generalists, open to seeing couples and children with our support.
• Value autonomy while also enjoying being part of a collaborative team.
• Are interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
• Possess strong character, including integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist license in Massachusetts.
• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

Compensation

• Up to $124,300 annually, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
