Position Overview

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Kansas. We are a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization dedicated to transforming mental health care. We offer a supportive environment for our team to focus on delivering exceptional care.

What We’re Looking For

We are hiring independently licensed clinicians in Kansas who are passionate about making a difference and growing with us. We are particularly interested in candidates who:

  • Are willing to see 25+ sessions per week.
  • Are behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children with our support).
  • Value autonomy while also enjoying being part of a team.
  • Are interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Possess strong character, including integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted LSCSW, LCMFT, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist in Kansas.
  • Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

Compensation

  • Up to $100,300, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
