Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Arizona)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is a clinician-founded national private practice group seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Arizona. Our mission is to help people live happy, successful lives by prioritizing client accessibility, integrity, and quality care. We believe in supporting our clinicians by allowing them to focus on what they do best.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Arizona:
  • LCSW
  • LMFT
  • LPC
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Residency: Must be licensed and living in the state of Arizona.
• Commitment: Willingness to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Flexibility: Open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Professionalism:
  • Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
  • Strong character with integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a focus on quality of care.
  • Enjoy being part of a team and working collaboratively for professional development.
• Growth Potential: Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

• Up to $105,400, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
