Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Tennessee)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions to clients in Tennessee. As a clinician-founded national private practice group operating in 48 states, Thriveworks is dedicated to helping people live happy, successful lives. Qualifications

Eligible candidates must possess one of the following independent licenses in Tennessee:

• LPC-MHSP
• LMFT
• LCSW
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation

• Up to $105,400 per year, depending on licensure, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

What We Need

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• A genuine partnership approach to client care.
• Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Candidates interested in potential growth into leadership or supervisory roles.
• Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
• Strong character, including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality of care.
• Individuals who enjoy teamwork and professional development.
