Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Washington)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions to clients in Washington. Qualifications

• Required Licenses (Washington State):
  • LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
  • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Clinicians must be licensed and residing in Washington State.

Compensation

• Up to $120,900 annually, dependent on licensure, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

What We Need From You

• Willingness to see a minimum of 25 client sessions per week.
• A genuine partnership approach to your work.
• Behavioral Health Generalists, open to seeing couples and/or children (support is provided).
• Potential interest in growing into leadership or supervisory roles.
• Self-directed motivation to complete clinical notes within 24 hours.
• Strong character, including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality care.
• Enjoyment of being part of a team and collaborating for professional development.
