Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Kentucky)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth services to clients in Kentucky. As a clinician-founded national private practice group operating in 48 states, our mission is to help people live happy, successful lives. We prioritize client accessibility, integrity, and quality care by supporting our clinicians and allowing them to focus on what they do best.

Requirements

• Independent License in Kentucky: Must hold one of the following licenses:
  • LCSW
  • LMFT
  • LPCC
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Must be licensed and residing in Kentucky.
• Willingness to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Self-motivated to complete notes within 24 hours.
• Strong character including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality of care.
• Enjoy being part of a team and collaborating for professional development.
• Potential interest in growing into leadership or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions to clients in Kentucky.
• Maintain professional standards and ethical practices.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members for professional growth.

Compensation

• Up to $120,900 annually, dependent on licensure, sessions rendered, and bonus opportunities.
