Candidates must be graduates of an approved 60-credit hour program, approved by the board as a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in Maryland, and have graduate or post-graduate experience treating depression and anxiety, plus independently conducting intakes and diagnosing per DSM under supervision.
